It’s not the size that matters, but the quality and number of decent attractions. However, in the case of two Polish amusement parks, the number of attractions is directly proportional to the area of the parks. Let’s see how the specific numbers and values look.
The area of Energylandia is already 70 hectares. In turn, the first Polish amusement park can only boast an area of 23 hectares. Unfortunately, the owners of both places greatly inflate these numbers for marketing and promotion purposes. The data presented is not only the area occupied by the attractions. The Energylandia area also includes extensive parking lots, facilities and technical areas. Legendia also has the advantage of a vast pond that fills the entire center of the park and takes up 7 hectares. Thus, subtracting the area of the water reservoir, only 17 hectares of the park in Chorzów remain.

In the case of the park in Zator, the actual area occupied by the attractions is approximately 34 hectares (after deducting parking lots, technical areas and facilities). Thus, Energylandia is at least twice as big as Legendia, and its owners managed to place over 3 times more attractions. Bigger, better, newer attractions.
