Energylandia Amusement Park puts our safety and the safety of our employees first. For this reason, there are numerous prohibitions on individual attractions and throughout the park. It is worth following them, because failure to follow the rules and persistent violations regulations security staff have the right to arrest us and remove us from the park. In addition, the owner of the park may impose on us penalty of ban on entry to Energylandia, both temporary and lifetime. It is also worth mentioning that people entered in the register of sexual offences are not allowed to enter Energylandia.
Below is a list the most important prohibitions and the rules we must follow while staying at Energylandia. So check what is not allowed in Energylandia and what prohibitions are currently in force.

Enter with dogs and other animals
We cannot go to the Energylandia amusement park with animals — dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles and all others. Let’s not leave our pets in cars or tied to posts or trees under any circumstances. The exception to this rule is the guide dog a blind or visually impaired person, an assistance dog for a mobility impaired person, a signaling dog for a deaf person and a dog signaling an attack of illness.

Fly a drone over Energylandia
Even though There is no No Fly Zone over Energylandia for drones, there are two other geographical zones defining the rules for conducting flights of unmanned aerial vehicles:
- DRAP/TMA — the Krakow airport zone, which prohibits flights with unmanned aerial vehicles. However, in the vicinity of Energylandia, this zone applies only from an altitude of 2,300 ft, i.e. up to the statutory 120 meters for drone operators it does not apply.
- DRAIN/NW — a zone covering the entire Energylandia area and its surroundings, requiring special caution. This is not a zone separated from the public area, but only informs about possible increased aviation activity in this area.
There is a third aspect. The Energylandia regulations, as well as many places on the park fence, feature pictograms prohibiting drone flights over the park. The owner of the park prohibits the flights of drones, balloons, hang gliders, paragliders and motor gliders over all areas belonging to Energylandia.
It is also very irresponsible to bring drones into the park and launch them among guests, attractions and decorations. It is strictly forbidden. If you intend to fly a drone, do so away from the park.

Ride bikes, roller skates, skateboards and scooters
Further bans in Energylandia concern movement. We will not be allowed to enter Energylandia with any equipment that facilitates movement. We must leave bicycles, roller skates, scooters, roller skates and skateboards at home or in the car. There is also no rental of such equipment in Energylandia. So we have to move around on foot. A small scooter or a children’s bike is also out of the question. However, there is no ban on entry with strollers.
Bring weapons and dangerous items
In Energylandia we cannot possess weapons or other dangerous items, including explosives, pyrotechnics, flammable materials or fireworks.
Conduct sales, collections and acquisitions
Energylandia is also an inappropriate place for acquisition, illegal trade, or conducting fundraising. Therefore, we cannot conduct any sales, advertise our products and services, or stick stickers on the park premises.
Bring and consume your own alcohol
The owner of the park in Zator prohibits bringing your own alcohol and consuming it on the premises of Energylandia. Even though no one checks our backpacks or handbags, we should still use the food and beverage outlets in the amusement park and buy alcoholic beverages there. I wrote more about this here: What to take with you to Energylandia?

Entering attractions with items in your pockets
At Energylandia there are prohibitions and orders related to the items we bring in. We should go to all the big attractions with empty pockets or possibly closed with a zipper. We cannot have any large, heavy or hard items with us that could fall out of our pockets and endanger fellow passengers or even devices and systems belonging to the attractions.

Enter attractions with phones, cameras and camcorders
Similarly to the items in pockets, with phones, cameras and camcorders we will not be allowed to many attractions We have to put them aside deposit lockers, and where they are not, there will be small open shelves, where we put unnecessary items from our pockets. Of course, on attractions for children and other smaller ones, there is no major problem, and entering with items in pockets. However, this is not recommended.

If you plan to record a rollercoaster ride or other attraction with a sports camera, you must have a chest harness. In addition, be sure to go to a security guard to obtain permission to use the camera on the attractions. The employee will check the attachment of the device and attach a special sticker informing the operators about the consent obtained.
Climbing on rollercoasters in flip-flops
The Energylandia regulations clearly specify the attire we can wear to use the attractions. In the summer we cannot use the attractions in flip-flops or sandals. We can only use this footwear in the pool areas. In the main part of the park we should move in full footwear or sandals. If we go on the rollercoaster in flip-flops, the staff has the right to ask us to leave or order us to ride barefoot.

Wearing scarves on rollercoasters
In winter, on fast and extreme attractions we cannot have unsecured hats and scarves. It is best to stock up in a balaclava or chimney, which have no right to fall off our head. However, if we are wearing a hat and a loose scarf, the staff may order us to take it off or secure it with a hood.

Unfasten and interfere with the safety features of the attraction
The greatest safety function at attractions is performed by direct security, which are responsible for keeping us properly on the carousel or rollercoaster. Under no circumstances may we attempt to unfasten the safety devices or seat belts, or interfere with their operation. In many places, there are easily accessible screws that could be unscrewed with the right tools. This is absolutely forbidden and extremely irresponsible. It is also worth reporting any deviations and faults you notice to the service and operators of the devices.

Prohibitions on individual attractions in Energylandia
Before entering each carousel and rollercoaster in Energylandia there is a board with the regulations. It specifies prohibitions and orders, including required height, behavior and prohibited items. In most cases, it is forbidden to bring cameras, camcorders and phones, food and drinks, luggage and smoking. In addition, people with spine or heart diseases, epilepsy and pregnant women should not use the attractions.
Many attractions have a ban on standing up, changing seats, or even stretching your arms and/or legs. It is also forbidden for aggressive people or those under the influence of drugs to use the devices. We cannot create crowds and take up places in the queue for other people. The latter is especially abused by many people during the holiday months.
